    The DS3 is a compact deduster designed for the continuous extraction of fine dust directly at production machines. Cartridge filters with automatic compressed-air cleaning ensure consistent performance during continuous operation. Modularly configurable, including for dust class H and ATEX zone 22.     The DS3 is designed for processes in which dust is generated continuously and cannot simply be “vacuumed up.” Large-capacity cartridge filters with automatic compressed-air cleaning during operation keep the filter surface clear at all times—without any loss of performance or downtime.

    This keeps suction performance stable, even with fine, non-coagulating dusts that quickly push conventional systems to their limits.

    The integrated vacuum holder securely holds the plastic bag in place in the collection area. This ensures that the collected material stays where it belongs—without slipping or causing dust to escape. Bag changes are carried out in a controlled and low-dust manner, even when handling fine or hazardous dusts. For clean processes and safe handling during daily operations.

    An optional flow monitoring system continuously monitors the airflow within the system. Changes caused by increasing filter loading or process fluctuations are detected early on.
